I've had ongoing rodent problems (SoCal, San Diego County); something chewing through the cables that come from the undercarriage innards to the wheels, rendering advanced systems offline. Multiple visits to Tesla for repairs, first was gratis, 2nd and 3rd cost me money, but never as bad a bill...
This home charging fiasco is indeed the weakest link in my Tesla purchase experience.
My "salesman" also said installation of a home charging system was a few hundred dollars and nothing to bother about.
One Tesla site "recommended" electrician quoted $4,000. I needed a 50 amp run...

If I charge to 90%, the battery is at 10%-15% at end of day.
I'm wondering if I should charge to 100% and thus end the day at over 20%, or charge to 90% as done currently.

On a daily basis, is it better to fill to 100%, or drain to 10%?
Details:
98 mile commute, each way, daily, plus minor errands.
Home charger, no work charger.
Thus needing 80%-90% nightly charge (weeknights).
(2019 Model 3, long-range)
