Appears like they discontinued it. Not even listed on their website anymore.. I've been waiting to get my hands on one since I had an electrician install a NEMA 14-50 outlet.

They go from factory --> delivery center --> driven by someone to your house for delivery. I honestly think I got caught in the rush for to meet their quarter's quota for deliveries so they definitely aren't being inspected prior to delivery.

Update: Got my Model 3 back within 24 hours after dropping, they resealed the windshield and also secured the two plastic pieces on either side of the windshield that covers the hinge where the windshield wipers rotate/swing. Very happy with their service.
