    Vision Only vs Radar - Observations from a 3 year owner

    So the new models with vision only should work ok on divided highways? Is phantom braking still an issue if you use the TACC as intended on divided highways only? This would be my main use case for the autopilot.

    FSD hardware

    If one were to buy a new Tesla without the FSD option with plans to upgrade later, does the car still come with the new FSD neural net computer installed? Can one upgrade to the FSD with a simple software update or would a hardware upgrade of the FSD computer be required? Thank You
