I saw one other Model S there but not plugged in. I did check and there was no power. Other than putting myrtle beach back in my car and looking at the superchargers, I have no other way to check. This is also the first time I have encountered a whole supercharger site being down.

On leaving Myrtle Beach going to Charlotte, it told me to charge at MB and not at Buc-ees. I manually tried to select Buc-ees but all supercharges were down on 9/5 from midday still down when I got there at about 5pm. Wonder how often that happens, and have not checked today if they working yet...

Why would they not put this on the i-40 corridor? Seems like if you traveling down the i-40 both superchargers are quite out the way.

Out of interest, do superchargers all get placed on tesla's official "Coming in 2021" map, or do we get some surprises too? I would love to see more SC's than the few on the map that look like may only get here by Q2.

Superchargers are plentiful along main routes and following tesla nav will get you to your destination. But abetterrouteplanner.com is what. I always use when planning a long trip. I even use it in the car web browser as well as tesla navigation.

I drive long distances every week, 350mile round trip in M3 SR+ and have tires at 48 cold. Roads are good though.

To update my post above, The SC replaced the computer and the car now drives perfectly smoothly (other than occasional phantom braking). I'm so happy now.. Now to figure out why summon will not park the car in my garage.

I agree, 6 month owner and the 80% charge will swing by 10 or more miles. Don't even bother looking at it anymore, means nothing. Battery is holding up just fine.
