This is one of the main reasons we purchased a CHAdeMO adapter, so we could charge in Ft. Dodge and Early., which are both along Hwy 20. But even going to the DCFC in Ft. Dodge adds another 20+ driving minutes.

I know, but for those going east-west on Hwy 20 that’s 40 less miles.

That would be super helpful .. ideally corner of I-35 and Hwy 20.

My wife was there last week Thursday (August 26) and the stall she used was working, but it appeared slow based on her Y's SoC.

On the South Dakota Tesla group an update was given this afternoon by a member that the fence was removed.

I thought I had experienced charging at every angle by now, but this will be a new one! Good thing that I don't have to interact with a display or swipe any kind of card.

Posted overnight by someone else on facebook: Here's an update on the Supercharger Station in Watertown. I believe the municipality has turned on power to the main box. So, I believe next would be Tesla to come turn on supply to the chargers themselves. Not exactly sure how this process...

Unfortunately, #27 is talking about KATS, not the FCC.

Are you saying the FCC did grant approval on something? If so, can you share a link?

The Sioux City one came together very quickly ... the digging/trenching, cable pulling, electrical work, concrete work can be done in less than two weeks, and if the equipment is there and the power company can get their portion of things done in a timely basis, one month is definitely possible.

I visited and the lights were off on the chargers. I don’t hear the electrical equipment humming. Meter is not running.

Just posted by someone else in the South Dakota Tesla fb group: Sioux City supercharger update. My brother spoke to the electrician in the photo, he said the SC should be operational in the next few days. A Tesla rep will be at SC Thursday this week to do final inspection. Zoom into the picture...

There's another Tesla vehicle owner in Sioux Center (besides myself) and two in Le Mars.
