Ah I see. Thank you for the explanation! Can we use the confirmation the electrician gave me as good enough?

... which would make it third hand information. So, umm yeah. Confirmed!Ah I see. Thank you for the explanation! Can we use the confirmation the electrician gave me as good enough?
Thank you Earl! I didn’t ask if they were working on other sites. It would be nice if there would be another one on the north side of town but I don’t know if Sioux City would be considered large enough to requir two. I’ve only seen two teslas in town consistentlyThanks for the pix and info @Southpawmedic, it is information from folks who are there that is ending the dependence oil by making it easy to get around without it.
It looks like you got a cone! Welcome to the team. You scored in your first game.
Did the Metro Electric guys, with whom you spoke, mention if they are installing any other sites? Some times, there will be a contract out for an installer to put in several sites at the same time within a region.

Thanks for the pictures! I think traffic will be so little (at least most times of the day) on the road that it shouldn't be a big deal. But as more people start towing trailers...that may be the bigger issue.I dropped in last (Tuesday) night on the way back from Des Moines to check things out myself. I had assumed that the chargers were going to be built along the back side of Casey's, but I was wrong. They are being built perpendicular to the back side of Casey's and parallel to the "driveway" between Casey's and Holiday Inn Express. So as one backs into the charger you'll have to be cognizant of the traffic going to and from the hotel. I had previously assumed that Tesla was going to have a whole parking lot of space behind Casey's. The approach Tesla took is much cheaper and Casey's lost very little green space behind their convenience store.
The pictures attached show that concrete has been poured. No chargers have been delivered.
I was really hoping the charging spot for trailers was going to be drive/pull through, but that does not appear to be the case. Thanks for the pictures! The construction crew might have not worked at the site on Wednesday due to rain.Ha! I just took some pics myself. Hasn’t seen that this thread was recently updated. No change from last night.
Yes I got dumped on even in the 1-2 minutes I took to fire off some pics. Everything is in the same place as the above pics and I was also there after dark so the pics aren't that GREAT and I won't bother posting them. The construction crew might have not worked at the site on Wednesday due to rain.
From your last picture, it looks like the last stall has an additional concrete pad set up just for it (looks like a back-in spot for someone towing). Is that the sense you got as well, or what other purpose do you see for that additional concrete section at the end?Checked it out Saturday afternoon -- no perceptible difference.
