Overnight my car has lost 6%, anyone else got that one?

Yesterday after opening the back door first to prevent the alarm going off, I sat in the driver's seat and the indicator was ticking away. No external flashers going and no flashing green arrows in the display, just the ticking noise. Had to do a reset to clear it. More 20.7 weirdness.

As expected they have cancelled my service appointment with a message "Most likely, this will be resolved remotely and there will be no need to bring your car in".

Same issue here, mobile service appointment booked for 12th Aug but I suspect the issue is SW. They asked me for the times when it's happened via a message on the app, so I've been replying every time it has happened, which is about twice per day.

VAT on a commercial charger is rated at 20% while at home it's 5%. If it were harmonised at 5% then public charging costs would drop a fair bit.
