FYI, I called Pod Point today. The unit had been set with a low charge rate by mistake. Reset OTA, now I should just be able to flip the breaker off and on and it should charge at full speed.

Wouldn't that then say, for example, 10A/32A? If I understand it correctly, the second figure is the maximum the car thinks the charger can deliver, so it thinks the charger can only deliver 10A.
