The last update I got that was useful was the ability to change the amps when charging...I think because I have unlimited free supercharging and free premium internet they are screwing me on...

I haven't heard anything yet but they need to do the right thing, give em a new battery. Something maybe discount a battery pack.

I'm not the kind of person to sue, things happen and so I would give the company a chance to make it right. If they not wanting to help them yeah I would take the next appropriate steps.
