I took delivery of our M3 LR AWD Sept 11, 2019. I had a flat tire three days later. And took it to a SC a week later to exchange the tire. This is the only 'work' that has been performed on the car. I am not sure if this part was missing when we picked up the car. There are no scraps or damage...
