I heard because of mass production in model 3 orders been over 350k in the last Q4 the hooks was one they could stop to speed up production orders. 2020 model 3 will neither have those hooks nor frunk mats

the brake pads have now bedded in after almost a month, I’d say in around that moth I’ve driven the car 15 times now and the brakes are slowing down the car much better, just a bit of patience on my side here

for the sake of adding the spoiler which I can see wouldn’t really assist much unless at high speeds more often, I guess it’s best left alone

Couldn’t agree more that the LR is not a performance model as the 20’’ performance M3. It’s a cool luxury car with room and comfort. looking at the car for what it is would be best leaving it alone now trying to go that extra mile with the braking system and the back spoiler.

Can anyone tell me if this is true that if we added a back spoiler and informed Tesla that they will increase the M3 LR to 165mph? Just a rumour I heard but not had this confirmed. But hey where is there in the UK that we can even drive at 140mph these days with all the cameras about now.

all18inch vehicles will have the distance and room to fit sports performance discs, I was just told this by the shop that fitted them to my old car.

Our M3 LR performance AWD is a performance vehicle for its 0 - 60mph, and straight away I can tell the braking with the standard disc are completely different to the Brembos, and what’s fitted atm on our M3’s are just the standard ones

I live in London, the disc’s will be the same size as my old is200 I had because that car also had 18” wheels

I will for sure be adding these to my M3 LR AWD it’s a must must for those like myself that likes to hit a little speed from time to time

Well if it doesn’t interfere with the warranty then I suggest to all our M3 LR users to switch those disc’s for Brembos they’re around £200 for a set to be supplied and fitted. It’s an amazing response when braking to slow down before the traffic lights or oncoming speed cameras.

What i should’ve wrote was changing the brake discs to Brembo brake discs, the discs are what makes the difference, but as you say how can it invalidate the warranty,
