The inventory car I ordered in Surrey Delivery Center will not be shipped to me as I am not a resident of British Columbia. Tesla does not ship inventory car between provinces and they were so courteous about it that they did not communicate that to me until I went myself to my delivery center...

Not sure those are preproduction cars. Some of them have a lot of road dirt on the sides and there is even a model X there and at least one S. I would say those may be employees cars. I may mistake though.

It would say nothing right away in most cases. No EDD at all. There is information in other thread (from somebody's SA) that September orders will get their EDD info in October.

Same story for me. Ordered MYLR on September, 2 and never had any EDD. It is normal for September MYLR orders. Unless one is really lucky.

Not necessarily. While it is possible that it is a reject, it might be a match to an (newly arrived) inventory car. It is EoQ period now. Or it might even be cancellation for other reason than quality and your config just matched.
