It's built into the music interface / next to tune in - are you trying to access it via that, or via the browser? If the latter, try the former, if the former, I'd suggest emailing service ([email protected]) stating the issue, and it's my experience they'll get back to you within a day or so.

That's an easy problem to fix (I had it too) - it's the water fluid hose that has come loose and it's damn body at 80kph+. To fix, simply pop the bonnet, then open up the service area at the top (it's just clipped in), and you'll see in the top left area (as you look at the car) the wipers...
