I received confirmation today that the Perry SC is considered non-functional. They're going to send some folks out to look at it, but in the meantime don't count on charging there.

I tried to charge on Saturday and was unable to on any of the stalls. Called in and they said all of them looked good. I'm getting my annual service done next week so I'll let you know if it's my car or the chargers, but for now it might be a good idea to have a backup plan...

It's not super convenient to the locals unless either you're going shopping over their or on your way out of town. The "in-town" you're thinking of is North and East of this location. And South and East. And East. :-)

Got it! The permit has been issued, you can find it by searching for permit number BLDC-2015-01023 or ELEC-2015-02149 at http://www.okc.gov/access/. It gives the current status as well, which can be useful for checking up on it without actually being there... Good Job OKC online permit...

Stopped by yesterday evening, nothing appears to have changed from the news article. Looks like we're still awaiting the transformer. Anyone know where it will go, so I'll know where to look next time I'm by?

Probably noting that this location is west of town. It's about 60 miles from the Weatherford supercharger, so no worries if you're driving East. going West however, folks will want to be sure to mission plan to the exact location rather than just getting enough range to make OKC. In a pinch...

Trenches are dug, conduits are in, the crew is there welding today, and expect to pour concrete on Monday. They're moving on to okc after they finish here! they also confirmed plans for two superchargers in Tulsa. They promised to send me the address sometime today for the okc location.

I find the sweet spot (where driving faster costs more time at the charger) is about 55-60mph. I guess we'll have to defer to our friends on the autobahn to tell us what the sweet spot is for super chargers... :-)
