Would you buy a new Model S?

@spon88 Ride, space and refinement are really important to me. I've driven all of the Tesla models (apart from the Y) and I hear what you are saying about the M3P vs the S. However, they are two different animals, one is a sporty go-kart and the other is a luxury cruiser. Personally, I thought...

Charging with no home charger is just as expensive as petrol?

@yessuz Shell Recharge is now 49p per kWh, having recently raised their prices

Have you ever kerbed your Aero wheels?

@Jez_GB I kerbed a rented model 3 LR in the US once, and like you, I'd not kerbed wheels before in so many cars! I found that the steering on the Model 3 contributed. It's very quick, so even when pulling up close to a kerb, the slightest turn of the wheel and ouch.

    Model 3 Refresh Review

@mpandrew My C class was relatively quiet when I bought it used from main dealer. It had a slight bit of wind noise close to top of driver's door when at motorway speeds. I found out there was a TSB issued by MB, went to dealer, let them know, and they found the TSB which instructed them to...

Just finished a 3,044 mile road trip in my '16 MS 90D

Nice! Sounds like fun. How can any car drive like "new" after 4 years/87k miles? Unless you've had a suspension refresh?

Londoners - what’s you insurance premiums for M3?

@Blueskye When I had my Model 3 Performance with FSD last year, Direct Line charged me £1,800 for 10k miles a year, Zone 5, London, 3 years NCB and age 45. If I had chosen the Long Range, it was around £1,500. I can't remember the excess, but I always go for the lowest possible excess. Yes...

    Fastest UK superchargers

Yeah, I got 191kw when charging a Model 3 with an Ionity charger in Kent.

    Wheel Sizes - Practicality

I agree, in terms of ride. When I had my M3P I was really surprised how supple the ride, especially when compared to Msport optioned cars from BMW etc. The ride is firm, but not firm like other German sports saloons with big wheels and low profile tyres (unless they have adaptive or air...

    Depreciation

I'm not sure that used Tesla cars in the UK seem to be as sought after as some people are suggesting. I was tracking prices of used Model S cars on the Tesla UK website a few weeks ago and couldn't believe that the prices were being discounted on a daily basis, some cars were being reduced by...

    M3P+ - What mileage for 100% charge?

@drivingmrte5la When I had my P3+ in London, I was getting 308 at 100% charge. Bear in mind, you won't get close to that in the real world. The tyres fitted to the 20 inch wheels are very soft and sticky (which is great for handling), hence high rolling resistance, and you'll be slurping...

    Model 3 CCS Charger Compatibility

I tried Ionity CCS in Maidstone with Model 3. First attempt led to an error message on the Model 3's screen which made it sound like the car needed to be fixed by Tesla, when it was actually a problem with that charging point. Called Ionity up and moved to next charging point and managed to...

    Yeah

    7 Day Full Refund

@DrJFoster That's not a return, it's merely a cancelled order. The car would just be vin matched to another customer waiting for that spec. Of course, it's still a new car.

    7 Day Full Refund

@Jason71 Nope. My understanding is that returns of the 3 in the UK are not resold to customers at present, but are kept for internal use, i.e. test drives. In terms of the minor faults on UK Model 3s, it's because Tesla are still in growth mode, so their priority is to get as many 3s delivered...

    7 Day Full Refund

@tess19 I have. I got my RHD Model 3 Performance in June this year. Returned it within 7 days as unfortunately the seat/seating position were causing me extreme discomfort, especially on longer drives. Return process was super easy and quick, just a quick inspection by Tesla and had to sign...
