UK Support closed?

Thanks. To date I have logged 8.5 hrs on hold to Support without an speaking to anyone. Two calls of 1:00 hr Also I have sent them 6 emails in the last 4 weeks. Apart from auto-responders, I have had no reply. My local Tesla manager has also tried. No joy

I also notice that I can’t call my local workshop in Edinburgh. In an email they stated that they don’t have a complaints procedure in the company as they are the company

I have 3 Teslas. 2 MX’s and a MS so I am a fan. However, Support now don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. This seems quite a new problem.
