The only way to reach the support centres by phone is to call roadside assistance with an "urgent" problem and ask to be connected. At least my service centre _does_ still respond to e-mails to their address. There's also a new chat function as well that seems more responsive than the older phone tree that could leave you dangling in mid-air for 45 minutes.
 
Thanks. To date I have logged 8.5 hrs on hold to Support without an speaking to anyone. Two calls of 1:00 hr
Also I have sent them 6 emails in the last 4 weeks.
Apart from auto-responders, I have had no reply.
My local Tesla manager has also tried. No joy
