UK Support closed?

I have 3 Teslas. 2 MX’s and a MS so I am a fan.
However, Support now don’t answer the phone or respond to emails.
This seems quite a new problem.

I also notice that I can’t call my local workshop in Edinburgh.

In an email they stated that they don’t have a complaints procedure in the company as they are the company

The only way to reach the support centres by phone is to call roadside assistance with an "urgent" problem and ask to be connected. At least my service centre _does_ still respond to e-mails to their address. There's also a new chat function as well that seems more responsive than the older phone tree that could leave you dangling in mid-air for 45 minutes.

Thanks. To date I have logged 8.5 hrs on hold to Support without an speaking to anyone. Two calls of 1:00 hr
Also I have sent them 6 emails in the last 4 weeks.
Apart from auto-responders, I have had no reply.
My local Tesla manager has also tried. No joy
