I was told this in 2020 By the Dealer.....And during a service date, I had a pre-arranged Loaner, which was revoked, because the guy that did the lengthy part of the service was not in on Wednesdays. So TESLA made me pay for an appt. I needed to get to that day. when I returned they had damaged...

Ok..So their Service is horrid, and TESLA makes promises they do not keep. The left hand does not talk to the right hand, and the company avoids talking to their customers. But now, in 2020, they drop the price of the model 3 almost $10,000, therefore depreciating the value of anyones model 3...

I did.... It was not given to me.

Well, I had to pay an additional $150.00 above what I was quoted at Tesla.....One of my complaints, and no one seems to care about that...just "Oh well, I am in sales, and there is no one in service...what do you want from me??"

Next car..BMW or Porsche!

Yoda... They promised me a Loaner, then did not come through..The service issues not addressed were wheel repair, instead "Wrong day for the wheel repair, he comes on Wednesday"..I had to purchase a new wheel...anyone want a new wheel? Plus the 30.00 Lyft fee..

My appt. was in Philadelphia, and was a lot farther to drive from Devon to HUP. I like Devon, however, they were the dealer that let me wait over an hour past my appt. for a test drive!
