Estimated delivery dates within the grant conditions for charger was good enough for me. Didn't need to be exact.

When I signed up I did it over the phone. Had to switch to standard tariff first while they then put the order in for Go tariff and they sort it out in the background. Hope that helps. Give them a ring if you haven't already I've found them to be very helpful.

Got my EO charger this week. Tidy job. Love how subtle it is, which was important to us as it's visible out front.
