finally hat the fix done at service center. Wrong software/firmware loaded when processor was upgraded. Summon now works also.

This makes sense. I have an appointment in two weeks (I'm out of state until then). Hopefully they will send the update before I return.

If a patch was installed and the SW is the same, it may be a fix for the HW3 processor board itself.

These are both retrofitted cars. Mine is a 2018 S100D. Current software is version 2019.32.11 bac8c51

It does seem like a software issue, but I just rode with in friend's S with a new HW3 upgrade and current software, and he definitely does NOT have the same problem. Will advise.
