    Out of state purchase - AZ to NV

    Thinking of buying a Tesla S in AZ(they have stock on what I want) but I wish to register it in NV. I understand that NV DMV is completely shut down. So 1. Will it be possible with the DMV down, Tesla is not a dealer? 2. We will be paying taxes in AZ, would I end up having to pay them again...
