Ordered 11/5 for a long range AWD, just put all the days as open. Basically planning my entire holiday season around this car and sent a lot of rainchecks + promises to drive ppl around to my loved ones. Don't want to risk not getting the car this year haha.

You need the actual delivery before 2020, friend. VIN in source doesn't matter and is just the beacon of hope for us that our car is out there, waiting for us somewhere.

Yup can confirm that's the case. When I applied for Tesla Finance, got 3.49% from US Bank. I have read somewhere else that there's an order in which lender you get assigned, but US Bank is first on the list followed by Chase.
