Cerritos added 8 urban Superchargers to the 12 original urban Superchargers. All 20 Superchargers are the same.

@bmah The new Superchargers at this location are active as can be seen by all the cars (including mine) on the left are charging . They actually came live on March 21.

The yellow tape is gone. The lines have been repainted. They are still not active (I tried one). Are they waiting for the lamppost to be installed?

Not the case. While I was there, the nav showed 12 chargers, but by the time I was home after errands, they had added the 8 new ones, and during the day the x/20 went as low as 2/20 available, so they are active.

I charged there today and saw they were working on the new chargers. At home I noticed this: @bmah

They are cleaning up. These new superchargers may be active this week.

While Supercharging here today, I asked one of the workers, “Are you putting in Superchargers or other chargers?” His answer was, “Superchargers, in a few weeks.”

See above picture of Ambient Electric truck. They are the ones who put in the 12 Superchargers that are already there. Unless you are saying these could be ChargePoint or other chargers?

Construction started in January. @bmah It looks like at least eight Superchargers are being added. What is this?

@bmah I miscounted while the site was under construction. There are 20 Superchargers. I was there yesterday and so were about a dozen other Teslas.

It is live. It doesn’t show up on my screen, however, I did just do a 2 minute charge there. In the images, my Tesla is parked at the corner of Woodruff and South in Lakewood. You see in the other image that I am Supercharging.

Today still not live. There was someone doing something with the new lights.

The superchargers we typically use are Buttonwillow at Tracey ave, Kettleman City, and Patterson Pass. We use these superchargers both going north and south. We start with an almost full charge from the southern edge of Los Angeles county going north. If we manage to get a full charge before...

We went north on Thursday and south on Saturday, and both times we stopped at Kettleman City. Also, both times there was no wait at either location, although both locations were busy. They had attendants directing traffic and answering any questions.

I signed up for the VPP as an SCE customer. There was an event scheduled for today, but I opted out. Did anyone participate? What happened during the event?

The date for the Lakewood Superchargers has been changed from Q3 2022 to Q4 2022.

I tried playing an arcade game while not being plugged in. The alert did not occur, so the firmware must have been updated.

The Cerritos Superchargers are often all in use. There are not enough chargers for the demand in this area. Does Tesla monitor this? How can we get Tesla to install more Superchargers?
