Drove by yesterday - the outside walls are now going up. When I picked up my new Y on Saturday, the Tesla guy at Macadam confirmed that it is a new Tesla site (not that that was in question at this point in time).

EDD window changed this morning to 7/31 - 8/6 and I received a VIN. Fremont build. Now need to update from Cash to Financing and get the insurance squared away.

Yes there is construction going on there. I am going to drive right by there in a couple hours and will look to see if there is any signage. At least one of the building permits for that location does reference Tesla.

When viewing your reservation on the tesla.com website, you can view the HTML Source. Depending on what browser you are using, it's generally available if you right-click and select 'View Page Source'. As you get closer to getting a VIN assigned, you may be able to find it in the HTML Source...

I was stuck on July 21 - Sept 1 for the longest time (6 week window). This weekend EDD was updated to June 17 - July 22 (5 week window). So compressing a bit, and moving in the right direction.

I am the State of Washington, but close to Portland so that is where my delivery will be.

Was at the mall today and got some photos. Looks like about half the pedestals are installed.

Took delivery on 12/13 in Oregon (registering in Washington). Temporary plate ran out 4 days ago, but just got a FedEx email indicating I had a package coming from Tesla, Inc - it's gotta be the plates. Assuming that's the case, that's about 4 weeks from delivery to having the plates.

I'm seeing a ton of existing inventory in Bellevue and some in Portland too. You might want to check if any of those meet your needs - would allow you to get it before 12/31.
