Late February update, the fence is gone, the electric Meter from Dominion has been installed and is powered. It looks like it needs a final inspection and can be turned on. Oh, and these are regular cables. Not magic dock.

I am in the same boat. I have been generally looking at used LR's and in the past few weeks, nothing has looked like a good deal.
