There's a rattle on the inside of my 2nd row bench and it's driving me nuts. I think it's coming from the seat belt assembly. I'd like to be able to remove the outer covering of the seats, but I can't figure out where to start. Any pointers?

Also I'd like to request that for the people saying "I have this problem" or "I got my squeak fixed," please be specific about what seat configuration you have. In my case, I have a 7 seat X with the fold-flat second row.

I also have the second row seat squeak. I've noticed that it's worse the colder it is outside. If it's a warm day, the squeak disappears. If it's particularly cold, the squeak is nonstop. Is it the same for you, Solidz?

Even if cold were an issue, OP did say he was buying new, so he's getting 300+ miles of range. Unless he does some pretty extreme driving, I don't think range will be an issue.

Here's one thing I haven't seen people mention. The floor is quite high in the 3 because of the battery underneath. It leaves the rear seats feeling quite smallish. I suspect the Y will have a similar characteristic, so if rear comfort is a consideration at all, the X is miles ahead.

Small update for anyone watching the thread... Unfortunately the clicking sound was an "add-on issue" to my original appointment and since the SC was busy, they did not have time to address it. So I'll have to make a follow-up appointment.

If you have no payment on file, then you just carry the balance on your account and supercharging is disabled for your car until the balance is cleared.

Same problem here. Inaudible with the windows up, but with windows down, quite loud and noticeable - especially if you're driving near a wall that the sound can bounce off of. No idea what it is, but I have a SC appointment on Friday and I will certainly mention it.

Perhaps it's the emergency tire repair kit which is required in a few states?
