Everything disabled, after bottoming out on a freeway transition

Car bottom'd out on a really rough freeway road transition and almost everything sensor related turned off. Disabled regenerative braking, traction control, emergency braking, proximity sensors, etc. I pulled over and let the car shutdown and reset back to normal. Anyone familiar with this...

White Seat Stained by Diono Carseat Protector Mats

Could be plasticizer migration, maybe that can transfer the color of the material as well? I would be concerned with any "non slip" surface interacting with these synthetic seats. Not really Tesla's fault, although my guess is if the seats were leather or cloth then the seat protectors would...

With covid and now the fires, communication has been sparse.

Car won't make left to right lane changes

It was the turn signal. After a previous service they had left the rear tail light unplugged. That or it wasn't fully seated and popped out. I'm aware of the fast blinker notification but it just didn't stand out enough for me to notice it.

Car won't make left to right lane changes

Found a post of someone describing the opposite problem (car won't lane change to the left) Autopilot lane change to left not working | Tesla They asked if the turn signal is working but no reply on a solution.

Car won't make left to right lane changes

I can lane change from a right to my left lane in navigate on autopilot and in normal autopilot. But the car will not go from left to right lanes. Is there some restriction I'm not aware of? Cameras are clean and I've tried from different lanes and speeds, but I can only make my way to the fast...

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

Anyone buying these, inspect those spacers CLOSELY, they sent me multiple pairs that were milled so badly the unevenness caused the aluminum to crack when torqued down. They appear to have been thicker hub centric spacers that have had the center hub section / thickness milled down and not very...

Charging cable - doesn't come with the Model 3 anymore?

Did not come with usb cables. Anyone who can probably will drop in a wireless charging pad, and the Y now includes that standard.

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

I understood it as the performance model has the thinner rotors and the stock wheels may not have enough internal space to accommodate the extra stud length that protrudes from the 15mm spacer. A 20mm spacer would cover that extra stud length. This is only an issue with the performance brakes...

Do you have bent 20" wheels on your Model 3?

Thanks, I gave it a shot and have been running 255/35 R20 for about 500 miles on stock performance wheels. I did add 5mm spacers because I read another driver who had a little bit of rub during spirited driving.

    Bumped a curb

Don't think they're meant for repeats, just like the rim protectors. Hopefully they alert you to the sound of a touched curb before your bumper does.

Do you have bent 20" wheels on your Model 3?

    Won't a 255/35 R20 rub with performance stock 20" wheels?

Tesla Model 3 Delivery Damage and Paint Quality Issues

Sure I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm just saying, It appears that every car coming out of the paint shop is like that in at least some of those areas. Your car is from over seven months ago, I've seen it on cars built in December. Anyone who hasn't seen it probably hasn't looked (please don't...

Tesla Model 3 Delivery Damage and Paint Quality Issues

Is that midnight silver metallic or black? I'm pretty sure every darker color car is coming out of Fremont with at least the bottoms of the doors like that. I've show it to delivery and service, they believe it's normal for Tesla and not a problem.

EoY 2019 Deliveries: Quality Control Thread

Thanks, it's the bottom edge wrapping around to the inside of all doors on this car, not noticeable standing outside looking down at the doors. I know there are non exposed areas that just don't receive as much paint color, trunk hinges etc. I was wondering if this was one of them. As it's a...

EoY 2019 Deliveries: Quality Control Thread

Are Model 3s supposed to have paint color applied to the bottom edge of the doors?
