It's server side for sure so nothing to do with the mobile app or the software version on the car. It's worth logging with Tesla so that they get the scale of the issue but I don't think they do anything practical to fix it.

This is just a guess but my lease is actually Salary Sacrifice and includes insurance. They might be restricting modifying the car eg. adding the acceleration boost for the LR so that there are no insurance worries. Like I say, just a guess but I've not given up yet.

My solution is for the built in YouTube app. Worked for me.

Strangely started working for me today. The only thing different about today is that I drove the car for the first time in a week. Didn't work before I left as I wanted to preheat the cabin. Worked every time since I got home.

From what I've read the car is woken from it's sleep over LTE by an SMS message. Whilst WiFi is off during sleep LTE is not as it uses much less energy. My simple assumption was that either the servers are not issuing the SMSs or the SMS server is broken.

Out of interest did you try and get this sorted with Tesla and/or Zenith? I think I might have a go.

My Ohme smart charger came with a really nice type 2 bag even though it's the tethered version.

There seem to be problems with the app at the moment. I don't have the same issue as you but I get the 'Waking up' message when I try and connect but the car never responds.

Actually, the person I spoke to said that they were transferring to a new system and that wasn't going very. I've had the same email and also one asking if I got my charger OK for the 2nd time as well.

Apparently the guy that deals with the DNOs is off sick (hopefully not Covid-19) and someone is getting into his mail account today see if any approvals have come back.

If you're getting a delivery you should eventually get a confirmation email or text from a company called FleetXP who are actually delivering the cars.

Sadly it will stay at this status until the car is delivered. Zenith use a system called Leaselink and Tesla don't so the status only ever gets updated manually and Zenith don't bother until after delivery. Me too. I think the limits with Zenith (like CO2, P11D value and mileage) are set by...

@Good Evans - I'm with Zenith and Tesla have verbally told me when the car is going to be delivered. Did you get an email from either Tesla or Zenith confirming you date? I've not so far.

I was due to collect at Stockport (no date given) and now I have a date of 9th March for home delivery which I didn’t even know was an option. My car’s on the Grand Mark (or was as I see it docked yesterday).

Now VIN matched with a home delivery date of 9th March.

@awaghorn - I've tried getting a RN number out of Zenith but they told me they didn't get them from Tesla. Did you just ring up to get yours?

I've ordered a M3LR with a tow bar and I do wonder if that's going to slow it down.

My lease company, Zenith, told me that any new orders will be looking at a May/June delivery date.

Mine is identical to yours and I'm going via my company lease agent. Zenith in my case.
