Not sure if it’s the same for every type of lease deal, but I was wondering for those people such as me ( getting car through company car scheme using Zenith) at what point in the order/delivery process does the Tesla account page actually show that you have a car? is it on day of collection?

So from this, I’m assuming that the car is uploading information directly to Tesla on a regular basis. TeslaFi is then using one of the Tesla API’s to pull that data and build the individual reports that the user sees. Does that sound about right?

I’m curious. How does Teslafi get the data? Does it interface with the car Does it interface with the app on your phone Does it connect in to our Tesla account

My VIN was allocated on the 14th Feb and Tesla have told me it's on the Asian King. Not sure if that helps in any way

Well I requested a 6th April earliest delivery, but emailed my lease company today asking them to remove that restriction. Hopefully I’ll get my car in March

Rang Tesla today to be told that a VIN has been allocated. I guess I just need to contact the lease company now to make sure they don’t reject any cars because they are too early.

I just rang Zenith and they gave me the RN. As for the delivery times that Zenith quote, I was just told that they just add 12-14 weeks on from the point of order by default but it’s really up to Tesla as to when they start to match it

You might be right, but I'm guessing that there's a larger than normal demand for April lease deliveries due to the tax changes. Not sure if Tesla would take that into account planning their RHD production. These changes have been known about for a few months now
