Found out that the windscreen requires replacement. The detailers found some delamination/deformity during the initial clean so it's delayed delivery until Friday. At least it's not panel damage I guess.

Good tip thanks for that, I was due for 10:00am Monday delivery and told it was delayed due to running behind with detailing however the board shows my VIN with the words "body shop" :(
