Not BNS but I emailed tesla yesterday and he advised that best rate for RBC 96 months is 3.6, which is what I got last week.

Can you elaborate on that? I'm scheduled to pick mine up on the 24th and I've heard nothing. Thanks!

Nice!! I also called Tesla today to see if this covid BS is going to affect my pick up. Still scheduled but there will be no orientation. They will bring me the paperwork, to sign with a pen that I must bring, and then they will go back to safety. That's ok, I think I've read /watched enough...

I emailed tesla today. Just heard back from them. They said Canadian banks have not dropped their rates yet. 3.6 is the best 96 month rate they have. I'm going to try again in s couple days.

I know for me, I did not see the full cut of 50 points. I only got 15 (3.75 to 3.6). Over 96 months, that works out to about 6 bucks a month.

I was originally approved at 3.75 through RBC. After the first rate drop, I emailed Tesla and was given a rate of 3.6%. RBC is supposed to drop their rates again tomorrow, so I will be sending another email. Delivery is supposed to be Mar 24.

Just read an article that after this latest drop, the banks are waiting to make a decision. Prior to this drop, the BoC was expected to announce a drop mid April, so I'm guessing (uneducated) that banks will wait until then to make a change. I hope I'm wrong though, would love another reduction...

I did last week, after the first drop and they took .15% off my rate. I plan to send an email next week after yesterday's drop. I used this email, [email protected], which someone posted in this forum. Good luck!
