My Plaid was delivered without the decal installed. Mobile service brought me one but didn't have the tool to align it. Can you send me a good picture of install location?

My 23 MX (HW4) has the park assist image freezing then sets off the alarm chimes every time I slow down during my drive. Only way to clear it is to do a soft reset. Anyone else seeing this behavior.

Just did this yesterday and the front doors open normally.

Our HW4 MX just updated to 2023.6.11.2 which I believe gets us back off the factory firmwares (.300). Hopefully we'll see park assist and some other features of HW4 sooner rather than later.

We have a '23 MX that has this happening on one FWD. They had the door apart to fix the sensor after purchase and it now makes a popping noise. My guess is the part is fine just needs to be aligned properly...might involve taking off some of the door panels.

Wonder when we'll see software updates for the latest vehicles coming out. Still waiting to see Park Assist or FSD Beta for any HW4 vehicles.

New 2023 MXP (HW4) missing Plaid badge plus having to head to the service center for FWD opening issues. Other than that the quality of materials is fantastic. I would say a significant upgrade from our 2020 MXLR.

Our brand new MXP also has issues with the FWDs. Both are detecting phantom obstacles at times and won't open all the way. Tesla either had some real issues installing the door sensors or it could be software related. Will be interested to see if an update prior to my service appointment...

That's my guess as well. Have a service request in now.

I'm thinking I have a larger issue as both FWDs are randomly sensing obstacles with nothing around the vehicle. I think the front doors only cracking open is a symptom of this issue as well.

They do. My Feb 2 MXP I just picked up has updated cameras, no radar sensors, red brake calipers, and no Tesla logo on the rear.

Their vehicle started charging fine after a week or so and didn’t produce the error but they replaced the batt within the next week or two.

My friend had the same message on their new MXP. Tesla replaced the HV Batt and all has been well since.

My EDD just extended to the end of May. I see several vehicles matching my config around the country. Will Tesla let me purchase from a store located out of my area? Also ordered in January so not sure why they would be sitting in lots and not shipped to a confirmed order location…

I've seen some photos of the non-radar MX on transport vehicles floating around but I haven't heard of any deliveries. Could they be waiting until Mar 1 after the investor day to start deliveries w/ HW4?

Not sure why but checked my order this morning and Tesla put my order on hold without my request. I clicked remove hold and it’s showing the same EDD as before.

I'm not positive but it's been my experience Tesla builds quarter by quarter. Produce first part of the quarter then second half is all shipping. I have a new MXP on order and shows EDD Feb 12-Mar 23. Which coincides with end of Q1...so seems to make sense. I would think we'll start to see...

Found a MXP in Illinois that is the exact config we were looking for, but it says it can only be registered in a handful of states. Any idea why?

They removed all the actuators for the lower section of the door to be able to hand lower and close it. Mobile said they don’t know what happened but at least we can drive the car to a service center now.

As far I can tell there is no way to manually close the door. I can move the door up and down but the second pivot point I believe is actuated by torque screws and not sure those can be overridden. Tesla mobile is due out in about an hour and hope they can at least get the door closed so the...

Yesterday when my son was opening the FWD it stopped about 6 inches open and wouldn't go up or down. Said obstacle detected. Now it's asking to recalibrate but when I do the door is offset and hitting the outside of the car. It appears the lower section of the door is not pivoting out as usual.

I didn’t unplug the drive before rebooting but will certainly try that if it happens again. Also wish I would have tried disconnecting the 12V. Lucky me gets a 5hr round trip to Tesla service today.
