After chatting again with a Tesla agent, we were just notified it was a true MVPA and not sure why it’s not visible. Delivery is supposed to occur this week.

They’re open? I called today and no one picks up. I just need some transparency on this whole thing.

Sent in pictures and accepted. I’ve called multiple times and have been told every time that it is not a concern because I will get car by end of the month. I’m getting very frustrated at this lack of transparency.

So does that mean my excitement is squashed and that was a glitch? I did the Tesla chat and was told “if it disappeared then it is no longer an issue.” Wtf!!!

I signed in 10 minutes ago and there was MVPA and order agreement, now it’s gone. Anyone experienced this?

Why can’t Tesla be transparent with this whole process?

When you say the VIN appears in the account - does that mean you got MVPA too or where did it show?

Given with what is going on, my trade in appraisal will likely expire before I get the MY - will Tesla make me re-appraise?

When were you notified of delivery. Our location is Carlsbad too and we were told we will get a VIN by end of week - nothing yet...

Now that that all of California is on “lock down” is it safe to assume all deliveries are suspended?

I totally get the shutdown of the factory, but what would happen to the appraisal on my trade in? It’s only good for 30 days....

Does anyone know if the delivery advisors work today? We were promised to an outreach yesterday and never go it.
