I tape on both sides as well, customized and sticked to the plastic parts on the middle small seat. No more plastic-bag rattle noise.

I updated as well. Maybe some minor bug fixes that we are not aware of.

to remedy the issue, I tilted one of the seat backward a little bit from the other, so that the middle seat won't rub against the small rear seat. It works for now, until Tesla can resolve this officially.

Hi Ergela, I have a quick question: how do you get Tesla fix your car's issues after delivery? I tried to book appointment with them through app and phone call, but they say my issues are "non-essential" at this time and push my appointment out to May 2020 for coming in.

All of my cars haven't gone through automatic car washes, since those will leave swirl marks on car paint and make my cars look dull after a while. I always hand car wash my cars, including my model Y and my wife's model 3.

Yeah, I may need to check the Ampere value of the wireless charge pad. I have no issues charging my phones with 12v auxiliary plug or wall adapters.

My wife and I have Samsung S20+. Both of our phone (with or without case) when placing on charging pad would start wireless charge immediately, but then 5-10 seconds later it would pause the charge...

Update: They had to replace front headlights in order to get the update through (not sure why...?!). But finally I got the car back today and everything seems to work (yes, HVAC sync is now available).

Another thing I discover: I can't fold down the back middle seat, using its latch behind the seat. Wth... :( I guess no surfing for me until Tesla fixes my seats....

After speaking to Tesla Service agent on the phone and having him try to fix it over the air (failed..), the agent recommended me to drive straight to Service Center and have this fix asap (since it's a safety concern when I have to drive to work at night without headlight and turn signals...)...

Update: I tried folding the back middle seat's arm rest (with cup holder) down and the noise went away 95%. I guess we're on the right track to pinpoint the issue, now it's Tesla to find a fix...

Imgur I updated the car an hour ago to .7 . However, it says on the app and car screen that the update failed and now I get errors with no turn signals, no headlights working, car making humming noise.... I hope Tesla Service team can fix this over the air@@

Thank you, gentlemen, for your responses. I tested them out and can confirm the center headrest is the culprit. However, when trying to raise it up, it only have 1 notch to lock in (at the highest point). When locking in and doing a test drive, I now hear a different type of vibration coming...

Update: Tesla North Houston just called me to push my appointment for tomorrow from 2:30PM to 6PM, due to the temp. tag hasn't arrived yet (they said usually that tag is emailed out by their Contractor by 5PM everyday, so that's why they pushed it to 6PM).... Praying for no more delays....

After 7-9 days of delivery date, you will receive a FedEx packet from Tesla for your license plate's registration. When you bring that to the tax office, you will pay the Sales tax, show them proof of state inspection and insurance, then you can pick up your license plate same date same time...

FYI, I had VIN and insurance policy (covering that VIN) submitted to Tesla last Friday. They didn't request temp. tag for my model Y until I called and pushed them to do it on Wednesday....(cause I don't want that to be a delay factor to my car's delivery date).

I'm in Houston TX, using EZ tag's bar. I put the bar inside glove-box (my wife's model 3) and it works flawlessly.

Houston TX - Update: My MY's original delivery date is Saturday 03/28 1PM. Delivery team called me yesterday morning and asked if they can push it to Monday 03/30, since the shipment is coming late. Oh well, another weekend without my Model Y so I can do hand car wash...

Yesterday I went on Tesla.com and chat with them. Finally they were able to get a hold of Inside Delivery Team (Las Vegas) and send out FedEx packet to me. Should be arriving today, and I will send them back today immediately to avoid further delays.

Man, lucky for you. I have a FedEx account, and saw the FedEx packet's label was printed on last Saturday, and supposed to be delivered Monday 03/23 10AM. That didn't happen and now the tracking is up in the air....so frustrated because no communication from my Delivery Advisor (Las Vegas team)...
