    Yeah, tried calling them. After being on hold for more than 10 minutes at two service centers, I gave up. Thanks. I am going to let them try to rectify the situation on Saturday. If they can't fix it, I am going to my old BMW shop take care of it.

    Does anyone know of a reputable shop that can install lowering springs on my model 3? I know this is not a difficult job, but I live in an apartment and cannot install the springs myself. Thank you.
