I had exact same issue with wind noise around 20-50mph coming from my 2020 Model X Driver Side Mirror. Put in a service request and they installed a brand new mirror. Wind noise gone. Was mobile service.

Yes, mine's been doing the same thing. Just like the previous post. I have to turn auto off, then back on and it slowly starts dimming.
