Yes autopilot,FSD capability so FSD can be rented for $200 a month. It’s a 2019 with extended warranty through Tesla. Battery and drivetrain warranty till 2027 and basic has been extended to Sep 2024 through Tesla.

Haha no the car will throw codes if you swap generations like that, I bought another 2019 to do the swap. Seat buckles must also match and Tesla has had a generational change so all model 3’s don’t have the same buckle and seat buckle system.

The cheapest model 3 that you can build before taxes and fees but including the mandatory delivery cost is 48,440 so unfortunately you could never buy under 40k. Even with 7500 off

That poster of the comment is trolling. You can’t get this from Tesla for under 40k. Also buying new comes with an attached mandatory $1200 delivery fee on top of purchase price and tax etc
