I got a ‘23 ultra red and got it. I’m on 2024.8.7. My 2020 model 3 (which my daughter drives) just got 2024.3.10 yesterday, which has the full self driving trial. I need to ask her if she got the wideband key- not sure if her hardware supports it.

Check the post I linked to above. Service center fixed it for me by removing paint from ground connection, and loose (soft set ) connection on antenna. Could be contributing to your issue maybe?
