Performance VIN on LR AWD question
He did (USAA) and they said it's a Performance VIN. The person he spoke with at Tesla said the insurance agent didn't know what he was tlaking about o_O- itsthefuture

Sorry - I didn't explain very well. His VIN is 5YJYxxxFxxx006904. The 8th digit/letter is F, which indicates a performance model. This happened to several other people before, especially those who got their cars before the shutdown. He's called locally and has had no luck. I'm more impatient...- itsthefuture

Hi all, I have a Y on order, but I'm actually asking this question for my boss. He's bought 6 other Teslas, and ordered a White/White LR AWD Y on day one last year. I found his VIN in the source code, and it starts with a 6. It has a performance VIN - I know that I saw this happening to people...- itsthefuture

Model Y - Pedestrian Warning System
Very disappointing. I test drove a Y and it had it. It was a huge plus for me. Someone told me it comes with FSD - I ended up upgrading to it to make sure I had it. Hope they put it back. I haven't received my Y yet - (Feb 2020 order AWD, MSM, white interior, FSD)- itsthefuture

Model Y VIN assigned!
Tesla just started delivering Model Ys in March before the factory shutdown. Then they re-started deliveries. So you won't have to wait a year for your car. Those that have waited placed their orders knowing that Tesla said the cars would hit the roads in the fall of 2020 (yep, they beat...- itsthefuture
