You have to actually order the car with deposit, and there's an automated process in your account to enter details to apply for financing. In my case the rate and approval showed up in my account in a few hours.

For those in Vancouver there's a bunch of Tesla's sitting at 901 Great Northern way, and sure enough my delivery address on the website changed from Powell to that address. Is this a temporary delivery location? If so, it's pretty convenient due to the SkyTrain being next door!

Yes, the 4.25% is just a random placeholder. Once you submit the credit application, it gets sent to RBC and Scotia, whichever one is lower ends up showing up in your account with the actual rate. In my case it happened the same day.

I got the text Tuesday June 2, which said 2-4 weeks like everyone else. The June 20 date was what I was previously told when I got the call last week. I don't know if my delivery got pushed back because of my delays confirming financing... I hope not!
