In order to use autopilot, surely the car has to use TACC, otherwise it’ll prove to be the most frustrating experience with manually adjusting it. I’m just hoping they done nerf our current features!

Hopefully this isn't too off topic for this thread, but do you all have your software updates set to "advanced"? Having read issues about early releases I am sceptical with doing this as when I need to use the car, I NEED it to work. Would you recommend switching over to advanced or playing it safe?

Picking up from Dartford Wednesday morning. I’m too excited that I’ve already packed my bag to take with me, including most of my accessories. I was also tempted to drive to Dartford for a quick peak to see if our car is there yet. Feel like a 5 year old again.

Nope, I chanced it a couple times when I needed to speak with them and they were able to tell me it over the phone. Would love written confirmation though, not sure whose vehicle I may have insurance on at the moment.

I was also told this but got my reg number on 21st Aug for a 2nd Sept pick-up. Just keep trying!

Likewise, I have never had a call or text from Tesla. I've been doing all the chasing, like a needy partner in a relationship. Tesla are definitely 'keeping me keen'.

I’m going to leave it a couple of weeks, mainly because of my availability. I hear they’re working to 3 weeks lead time too. If you get it done before me, I’d love to hear how they were.

I’ll be using venom wraps for my ceramic coating (potentially part PPF too) and to dechrome. Had some pretty decent quotes back from them too, so they seem reasonable as well as doing a decent job.

I've now been given my reg, following a call this morning - picking up on 2nd Sept. I actually spoke with them yesterday and was told I had no reg number then. Worth giving them a call!

I ended up calling to get my invoice. They seemed shocked when I said it wasn’t under the ‘Documents’ part of my account. They ended up emailing it directly to me.

GLOVIS CAPTAIN is back in range and trackable again.

I think Bluewater has some superchargers. According to the Tesla website they do. I too would like to know what the charge is like upon collections though.

I did find it rather bizarre that many of us that have been told our cars are on GRAND DAHLIA have been given collection/delivery dates around 1st-4th September, even when we predicted she’d be unloading at Southampton a few days after arriving at Zeebrugge (as per other Tesla ships). Perhaps...

I originally requested a September delivery and what they did to accommodate that request was put a restriction on my account that I cannot be matched to a car until 31st August, which would have meant I’d be waiting significantly longer than I had planned. Removed the restriction last week and...
