Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

Curt Renz, I really like the input you provide and think that quotes from Gary Black and others are important to know about. I feel like I can get all my Tesla info on this forum without having to dig through Twitter and a bunch of other places.

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

Years ago I worked body-in-white quality at a domestic automaker. Optical systems were common back then already. They used an optical system to measure the subframe as well as door apertures (door opening widths). From the door opening data, they would pierce the door attachment points so...

This is an interesting take from MeetKevin on the NIO Day. His summary is that it shows just how far ahead Tesla really is and made him more bullish on TSLA, not NIO. Points: 1. NIO doesn’t make their own batteries. The solid state design would be from CATL who also supplies a bunch of...

The Tesla semi will need to have a million mile life. That’s where a million mile battery matters.

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

I wanted to add one note about the million mile battery. The debate here seems to be about whether that’s a practical thing for a car to have. I think the million mile battery is important, but for the upcoming semi truck and not necessarily the passenger cars. The Class 8 trucks do need a...
