I took delivery on Nov 22 of MY built on Nov 15. No USS and had to acknowledge no parking assist when setting up my profile. I previously had a 2020 MY and parking assist was useful backing into my garage. Hope Tesla gets this corrected soon.

Picked up my 2023 MYLR yesterday that was built in Austin on 15 Nov. Suspension is much better than 2020 MY I owned which was pretty harsh going over bumps and RR crossings. New suspension is still firm but better controlled similar to my wife’s 2020 Volvo XC60.

If you have totally discharged the battery, you may not be able to open the hood electronically to access the cover and 12v battery. In that case accessing wires through the tow hook panel is needed. Explained in the MY owners manual.

Had a visit from mobile service. Unfortunately the service center ordered the wrong part for the maintenance cover and so the mobile tech re-ordered it. He did say re-attaching the cover is tricky and he himself is not always able to get all the clips connected.

Went to service center today, and Tesla said they need to order a new panel that will be installed with mobile service. To be continued...

I opened up the panel to check out the 12v battery and to confirm that my heat pump had the sound insulation cover that Munrolive had discussed (it did). Saw that two panel clips were broken and one missing. Going to my local service center tomorrow to replace these clips and install Homelink...

I picked up my MY yesterday and had the same issue with the port door not being flush. SC could not fix it A couple of other MYs in the lot were fine. They did address other fit/finish issues I spotted and I went ahead with delivery. I do I hope Tesla is able to come up with a fix.
