I never said to "max" your PSI - my tires PSI' came from delivery 4PSI below what was on the inside of the car sticker; For my 19 inch sport wheels - the car said 42; they came at 38; the max PSI for the tire on a Tesla is 51; I have placed mine up to 45;

a few things to keep in mind / ask: 1) what PSI do you have your tires at ? Tesla typically defaults them to a few PSI lower than what the tires are max rated for; higher PSIs will give you better efficiency but will make the ride a little more "hard" 2) over my first 800 miles, I have...

It will vary from place to place - the way mine worked was: "contactless" just meant that there wasnt someone sitting with you in the car going over the operation of the car; they left us alone once they opened the car for us; they did check in with us every 10 minutes or so and they did...

I'm not sure if this helps or not - admittedly, I've only had my white seats for 3+ weeks - but I have already had my first accident; a full large Starbucks coffee was spilled the other day ...... a basic baby wipe cleaned up them very easily .... 3 days later - and you would not know anything...

Folks - whatever big news comes out of Battery Day - it is more likely to be about stuff that is at least 3-6 months down the road; for 90% of us that have gotten excited enough about Tesla to buy one - a bigger battery would be "nice" but should not affect the way we feel about current cars...

One other thing that is self-evident to anyone that has seen the white interior .... it is VERY WHITE; you will notice everything on the seats that is not that SAME color .....

I too ordered white (only have had my car for 10 days) - the white is awesome looking ... and yes I have had a chance to use the baby wipes to clean up a spilt Starbuck's beverage .... Cleaned up very nicely .... not sure I'd want these types of stains going unattended for long .... I think...

So, I'll throw my experience into the mix here; at the beginning of the process, my SA definitely told me to upload POI into the "My Account" section on the website for any car that I currently own; they did indicate that this was not required but would help "expedite things"; (not sure I buy it...

keep an eye on your text messages; lots of people report they heard about the car via Text from Tesla before the SA got back to them; i heard that my car was ready to have a delivery scheduled via text; then the SA reached out!

i ordered on 7/5; got vin on 8/5; delivery on 8/15; original estimate at order time was 8-12 weeks but these windows are very dependent upon your configuration + when you ordered + when in the quarter you placed your order; have you placed an order yourself?

we just took delivery on Saturday; love the white interior; it really makes the car "pop"; plus it makes an already surprisingly roomy interior feel bigger;

Since I started this thread - just thought I'd let everyone know - I did take delivery yesterday .... my original 8-12 weeks ended up being 6; but in talking to a Tesla SA - it's all about WHEN that order is paced in the window of the quarterly schedule; in my case (on 7/5) - roughly one month...

Well - delivery went very smoothly - only 2 small issues with the car 1) a very small paint nick on the hood at the front tip - only saw it after I opened the hood ... 2) a minor mis-alignment with one of my rear tail-lights .... Both items will be corrected by my local Tesla service center when...

Re-Echoing a lot of what has already ben said here ..... briefly looked at the leasing options myself - but the inability to buy the model 3 after 3 years makes no sense unless you only intend to hold the car for 3 years; in which case- i'd put as little money down except for what Tesla requires...

Confirming that making your final payment will result in a "Lending Agreement" document being made available to you which will turn have your VIN on it! John
