Can anyone give some recent quotes they've been given for Tesla Model 3/Y on salary sacrifice schemes? Want to compare to the company my work are using which I think has an over the top mark up.

It takes a lot to trigger the alarm. There’s a YouTube video of someone deliberately trying to set off the alarm with limited success.

I’m find the auto wipers so bad. The problem I mostly have is they wipe too much rather than not enough. Multiple occasions where the windscreen has been wiped to bone dry but it still it keeps going.

Yep if it’s one off trip then pay the charge. If multiple trips apply for cleaner vehicle discount but it won’t be in time for tomorrow.

Correct but I don’t see them stopping for Tier 4. Lockdown started on the 24th March and I was supposed to collect on 25th...I didn’t go collect it in the end as having other cars at the time I didn’t think it was essential but I had it delivered in the end by Tesla from Heathrow.

During the first lockdown people were able to collect their car from Tesla so I’m sure it will be fine for Tier 4

If it’s an issue, the same issue is appearing in every UK car

Forget what the manual says, the consensus from owners is that the app charge at 100% should not show 352 miles for a M3P and what you are getting is what the rest of are getting.

I’m sure someone will give you a better answer but the short answer is that the WLTP range advertised on website is not the real range of the car.

This. I use my phone far more than my Tesla right now. As long as I can charge my phone some in way in the car, if it was me I would not be worrying about whether the pro or the pro max wirelessly charges and just get the phone you prefer.

what taxi company do you use that are Teslas???? at the end of the day there is still going to be the idle charge which will stop them just from parking up?

Surely some serial number is recorded so that is someone tries to use that serial then Tesla could track it down?

Would be amazing if you were permitted an X but this may be restricted due to the price of the car and insurance for a company car scheme. My company's car scheme allows all variations of Model 3s as well as other brand's EVs.

Had a good experience from Taptes. Ordered my Model 3 hub on the 4th and arrived on 18th.

Would agree with other comments that it’s a good price. Just remember if you’re comparing with old posts on quotes that the grant was £500 compared to the £350 now. If you got it in on the old grant it would have been £450 installed which is decent.

Yes. I had a message from Tesla saying that the fix has been implemented in 2020.28. However, 2020.24.6.9 (16th July) was released after 2020.28.2 (10th July) so they may have incorporated the charge fix into this. Maybe not but I'm just providing my experience so far.

Just charged from 210 to 279 miles at full 32a all the way. First time in a while I've had no issues. Was on 20.12 and 20.17 before every charge it would drop.

I got 24.6.9 installed. Anyone tried charging on this version to test otherwise I'll report later on.

I'd just wish they'd hurry up. Another 32a>16a charge today.

Was given upgrade from 20.12 to 20.17...

I got the following response from Tesla: "Our technicians have reviewed your reduced charge rate concern and have confirmed that this is being caused by a known firmware bug on your current firmware level. The fix for this bug has been implemented into firmware 2020.28."
