    Deliveries of $80k X?

Trust me. Tesla won't give a *sugar*. When we picked up our Model Y, we traded in my fiancé's 2019 Mazda (Tesla and Carmax were within $1500,, and we got the sales tax credit doing it as a trade in), and that thing needed brakes, tires, a bumper painted, and the vehicle was showing a Forward...

    Deliveries of $80k X?

Depends on your SC. For my Y,, the EDD had jumped from Aug 20, 2022 to suddenly Memorial Day weekend. We had already done financing and stuff,, and were transferring plates,, so they were a bit more willing to wait a few days beyond the holiday since it was going to be more paperwork to cancel...

Suggestion on Model X LR vs Model Y Performance buying

Don’t forget Homelink Included $400,, Tow Package included $1,000, any color included ($1k to $2k compared to Y costs), and add in any value to XM Radio if you use that. We just had our Y bought back as a lemon,, it was a nobrainer, esp with the tax credit now to just upgrade to the X. I had...

    Deliveries of $80k X?

My parents bought a 2023 Porsche Macan S. The base price was something stupid like $70k,, but with all the “options” (which on Lexus, BMW,, shocker, even Tesla most of them would come standard) which raised the actual sticker to close to $85k. It’s a great car, and I can definitely feel the...

    Deliveries of $80k X?

Exactly. I have a 2020 3 that has a sunken door handle, panel gaps,, the doors feel like tin cans, and her ball joints have been replaced once, and are squeaking again,, but 39,000 miles later, and it’s still going strong. My 2022 Y had perfect door handles, no squeaks, no panel gaps or...

Model 3 Cabin Camera View Question

White seats are my 2020 Model 3,, Black seats my 2022 Y. The Y had to have the cabin camera replaced due to the IR filter not working correctly at night, thus fully disabling FSD Beta when it got too dark

    Deliveries of $80k X?

Another issue with legacies, is for the most part, Tesla, as a manufacturer, ”owns“ the vehicle until you pay for it. Therefore, if they need to discount something, they can do it on the fly, and call it a day even if the inventory car that has an MSRP of $99k on that sticker, now actually has...

    Deliveries of $80k X?

My 2020 3 which was made in March of 2020,,, sat on the factory floor for a month and a half, then got finished after the shutdown, was an inventory car, and 41 months, and 39k miles later,, it may have had a few things fixed, and has a few rattles, but it’s still going strong

    Deliveries of $80k X?

Only inventory ones around here are either white/black/blue,, with six/seven seats. We have one red X, but it’s a yoke and, i’d be fine with that,, except, screw it, I never get the joy of an actual tax credit,, so the yoke is a no. Plus, I extended out my 3 lease till Dec 1st, and I still need...

Tesla is buying back my lemon plaid

Can respond to this from two viewpoints: 1) Way back in 2017 I had a lemon Infiniti, it was the first run of a brand new model (Infiniti body/tech on a benz platform, assembled on the Nissan Versa line in the UK,, so you can imagine). This was a lease. Went through the Atty General’s office...

    Deliveries of $80k X?

For my last 2 vehicles, we were told that if there is under 15 on the actual, no less than 15 will ever go on the paperwork. Both of our deliveries had less than 5 miles, but the paperwork showed 15.

Model X Ultra Red Waiting Room

Not 100% help, since these were from my test drive, but i’d say similar length to the Y,, maybe a bit more. Where you are gonna gain help is the height. I noticed a difference with that from the 3 to the Y, and then def from the Y to the X.

    2022 Model X - Interior Noise / Rattling / Crackling

Coming from someone who has taken delivery of two Tesla’s from Tampa, and has taken both to Tampa and Orlando for service,, go to Sarasota and see what they say. It’s not that much more of a drive, and it’s a smaller less busy SC.

MYP - Initial Impressions (vs '20 MYLR)

We ordered our YP (Blue/Black, Tow hitch) on 3/31,, original date was 6/7-7/3,, it then got pushed to 6/18-7/14,, then on Thursday was pushed to 7/26-8/12. Friday, we received a text that we are ready to schedule delivery (Didn’t have a VIN before then, so assuming it was a cancellation)...
