Martian Wheels for Tesla Model Y, 19/8.5

Product info here: Tesla Model Y 19 Set of four. These wheels retail for $2500 new. There’s curb rash on two. Also included are the mounted Michelin AS4s, with <3000 miles of wear. Asking 1500$ including tires (no TPMS). I am in Birmingham, AL. Local offers preferred. Willing to negotiate!

    FSD or ‘95+ driving’

now i see an ambiguity in my question. I meant opt 2 = in order to KEEP the FSD software, you had to keep your safety score above 95. And I get that some may drive that way anyway. My wife does. But I think I’m probably 80 if I’m not making the effort.

    FSD or ‘95+ driving’

I know what I would choose….95+ driving is just not fun. I would not buy the car if I had to drive like that forever.

    Nobody noticed the range bump?

I get 10 more miles of range after update.

Sounds Quality compared to Model 3

I also sold my 3 to get a Y. Good news: the sound is better on the Y.

    Martian Wheels

It's been about a week with the new wheels and there has been a slight decrease in the wh/m, maybe the numbers will improve a bit more once the tires are broken in, but that is from the uberturbines. so i bet you'll take a hit. I will say, however, that the overall improvements in ride, sound...

    Looking for softer ride

My plan had been to get a coilover kit to soften the ride. But yesterday I put new wheels and tires: 19 x 8.5" MW03 with Michelin AS4s (255/45ZR19). I no longer think the suspension kit is necessary. After driving yesterday both in town and on the highway, I can say definitely that the ride...

    Martian Wheels

I just put these on my PUP yesterday with Michelin AS4s. First impressions. The ride is noticeably softer: you still feel the bumps but through a novocaine haze. It is significantly lighter on its feet. Now drives more like the M3.

    2020.36 software update

I wonder: does this mean that someone with 19" martian wheels should just choose the Gemini option???

    All weather floor mats

I also got the Autailors, largely to avoid the black tupperware look of most all-weathers. they are comfy underfoot and easy to clean.

    Martian Wheels MW03

thinking about the Continental PureContacts LS. seems to have the best combination of performance/ride quality/efficiency

Anyone regret not opting for performance?

I loved my M3LR but regretted not getting the performance, so I just traded it in for a MYP. I'm not sure there is any reason to get the performance unless you love to drive a car that can accelerate like you're in a ****ing rocket ship. (Yes, hyperbole.)

Delivery this weekend (Aug 2th) with low VIN

Picked up my MYP two weeks ago, with a vin# 00xxx, manufacture date 3/20. Aside from one minor issue (2nd row passenger seats didn't respond to automatic release fo the first week but mysteriously fixed itself), it's been perfect. Also, are vin#'s assigned sequentially? I thought not.

How long should one wait for a near perfect Model Y to roll off the line

I got my MYP two weeks ago, with a 3/20 build date. I admit I have not measured the panel gaps, but the car was nearly flawless. Perhaps it was a reject that they spruced up? Anyhow, there was only one issue: the automatic rear passenger seat lever didn't work. But after about a week, it...

Tire/Wheel question from a noob (Re: 21” ubers)

This might be just what I'm looking for. Did you order them from 1010? Did you talk to them or to the manufacturer about the fit?
