When I refer to multi-factor authentication, it on the Tesla login and not the Octopus login. What browser are you using? I'm using the Chrome browser as the default browser.

Well I changed mine at 2 years, 20,000 miles and they were quite black and dirty compared to the new ones I fitted. I didn't have any bad odours but it's such a small cost to change them, why not do it!

I think that the Octopus app 'devices' tab doesn't report usage very accurately... Last night TeslaFi reported 29.83 kWh used and 28.67 kWh added to the battery, whereas the Octopus app 'devices' tab reported 36.83 kWh used, but looking at half hour usage only 30.58 kWh was actually used!

I think you will find IOG reports all usage by car and house. If you look in the app you can tell what usage you had during the night and then look for a night when you didn't charge. Take the 2 away and you will be left with roughly what went into the car. Your Hypervolt is probably reporting...
