Hi guys have you taken M3 to a car wash. Not the automatic ones. The ones which do it with a pressure washer? Apologies if this is not the right forum.

Called up Tesla who added my wife’s email to the account as second driver. She got an email to reset her Tesla password( new account ) after which she could log on to the app with the car on it

How did this come up on your account? Did you have to add it?

That’s exactly what happened with me. Please do not except their word. Please make official complaints and keep calling!! It looks like they cannot deal with the huge influx and therefore the problems! Knowles today has informed me that they might stop offering Tesla’s due to rubbish customer...

Finally arrived. Had to chase people at Tesla to get a link for the courtier. Had to call multiple times! Haven’t checked the car completely yet but it drives beautifully!!! what kind of range are people getting?

Also if one leaves far away from the Tesla services.. it’s highly inconvenient to go in all the time.. you might as well live with the imperfections or small issues..

They have created a brand which can afford to be like that.. until someone beats them at this new game..

I am so sorry to hear that. The unknown wait is crazy.. I mean you are a paying customer.. this isn’t charity..Paying 50k and being treated like you are buying a Razor at tesco.. even they would deal with things better.. I guess it’s too late to think about the EQC.. Our minds are set on this...

I am sorry to hear that. I am on the nhsfleet lease with knowles. I have asked if about complaints process and maybe even cancel.

That’s ridiculous! Did you find the complaints process? Compensation etc

Have you got a delivery date?

Called them again and I was told the delivery driver couldn’t get access to the car.. but I spoke to the driver who told me that he was sent away as the car had issues! I don’t want a defective car.. I am happy to cancel my order

Sorry to hear that. I have had no further updates regarding my cancelled delivery yesterday. Get promised they will contact but nothing happens..

Mr M in your experience how common is it for car deliveries to be cancelled? They had sent me a driver tracking link when the driver was due to pick up the car from Chelmsford. I called the driver who said he had to come back without the car due to some fault!

I feel very sceptical about the whole process. What if I had the problem after delivery?

just spoke to the driver who informed me of issue with the vehicle! I wonder if they have cut corners to bring out things for end of September !

I called up Tesla. Car can arrive anytime up to 8 pm. They said I will get a text when the car is picked up by the courier! Long wait‍♂️ HenryT

Thanks Drew57 delivery day-super exited! Been awake since 5 Haven’t heard anything yet! got a text yesterday saying I will get a message once courtier has picked the car cant Wait!!!!

What checklist do people have?

Delivery tomorrow. Looking forward to it apprehensive about the problems people have had here with the build of this vehicle ☹️ I am hoping there are no issues as mine is a home delivery. Anyone with any more problems with home delivered cars? What did you do?

This is the time to order a Tesla! Will get it by the end of September! People I spoke to on the phone said there will be hardly anyone waiting after September! .. bar people who order after September! Actually the wait has given me the time to sort out things and assess stuff before jumping on...

Got my reg GJ70! Have had a few Text messages from Tesla with link to support videos and that I will get a text when car is picked up by courier and is in transit. Do people know the name of these couriers?

Sigma ray approaching Southampton at approximately 11:30 this morning.. couldn’t have timed our journey to Isle of White any better..the ship which carries my car
