Just picked up my LR at the Dublin showroom (ordered 8/23) Was very nervous but the closer I got the better it looked! No paint issues at all (and I’m super OCD). No panel gap issues and only a couple of minor interior rubber trim details to call for a fix. Overall super happy with the finish...

Woohoo! Just got a call from the Dublin Delivery center for delivery 12-4pm, 9/26. VIN 56xxx Ordered LR 8/23, White/Black, 20”, no tow or FSD. All docs were uploaded to my account and the agent noted I’ll be paying balance by check, had no issue with that. You just don’t fill out banking info...

Where about does the VIN show up on your account page?... I’m still waiting. Bay Area ordered LR 8/23 White, Black, 20” not tow, no FSD. Last texts said I should get delivery by 9/23 then next said by end of month.

I just got the 3-8 text. Was 3-10 six days ago. 8/23 Bay Area, White, LR, 20”...nothing else. Not looking forward to taking delivery in a heat wave and them trying to rush it through. Hell no!

Oh, and when I called my SA last Friday he said he saw 9/23 as the day it leaves the factory/shipped to Dublin so I’m waiting for that to ring true! This must be the “soft date” people mention? All a guessing game. This car better be good lol

I texted them today via the # they send updates (way better than the chat online) they said still expect my delivery by 9/27 which will then be the 10th day of “3-10” days last week. East Bay, picked Dublin as delivery location which they confirmed is still correct.

There was only the option of FSD, currently 8k. Was 7k earlier for MY but the car price was higher. EAP now 4K for pretty much all you need from FSD. I’d feel rooked if I’d bought FSD for 8k now.

This will definitely be better than my piece of paper I printed off last night lol

Looks good from here! I’m at the 3-10 day notification for exact same build. Wonder if I’ll have the common fingerprints on the headliner too! Silly mistake they make by not wearing gloves lol like that’s a hard solution is beyond me too!

My SA today said they deliver 7 days a week so count each day as part of the timeframe.

I just spoke with a delivery agent at the Dublin location and he confirmed my account noted to pick up there. He did mention they may have to do some home deliveries too but noted in my file I wanted to pick up there (will be paying partially by check once I’ve seen the vehicle up close up)...

I ordered the extract same as you but on 8/23... Patiently waiting. I just passed the 3rd week of the 3-5 weeks text so I’m just reading the “estimated” part now lol

I’d be interested to hear if your VIN and MVPA were uploaded to your account in conjunction with the text...

Where did you hear this? I was assigned Dublin as my delivery location, which I prefer to the factory tbh.

I uploaded mine yesterday as it was due for renewal so had to wait (ordered MY 8/23) so it would have the required minimum time left on the policy. Who knows if that will make any difference. I am also going to see how Tesla Insurance compares once I get a VIN. I have my truck and car on same...

I just ordered the full set as it’s on sale. Also used the discount code to get an extra 10% which wiped out the tax so that was ok! Now I just need a car to put them in lol

So basically, you need to move it to a shaded area if it is sunny so you get the full spectrum. That’s a shadey move by the delivery center to want a sunny day to hid the mismatch. Dreading my delivery day as much as I am excited and hopeful!

Well, you could normally even read the VIN given traffic is always so slow along that stretch! Just to see if any are white on the 20’s lol Surprisingly few are!

I ordered 8/23, White Ext , Black, 20”, No FSD and no hitch. Got the 2-4 weeks text today, was 3-5 when I ordered. Tesla chat said no VIN yet. When I ordered it in the Walnut Creek, CA showroom they gave me the Dublin, CA location as a pickup site. Wondering why not at Fremont?

Ordered my MY 8/23 and completed all requested I for including loan application on 8/24 - that was all approved within an hour or so. Showed 3-5 weeks on my profile which was encouraging!
